Back in the Game!

Hello out there! Well it has been a while with treatments and teaching on hold during lockdown. I hope you and yours are well both mentally and physically at this time which has presented many challenges to us all.
Alongside the challenges, it has presented an opportunity for some of us to reflect and be more still; less commuting equals more family time, less pollution and quieter roads which is perhaps a legacy to continue….
Treatments have now resumed, I will be observing the relevant hygiene protocols and request you bring your own water.
Remember that prevention is better than cure so if you have any niggles, let’s nip them in the bud. One thing I have seen via zoom consultations in these last months is a big increase in new runners with limited strength in the major muscle groups and associated injuries.
