Resolutions Nah, Positive Intentions……..Yes!
The opportunity to change and grow is available at any time. My view is not to make too big a thing of it as when we stumble it may be all too easy to see this as failure and give up.
Employ wise effort; that which can be sustained, not strenuous and set a realistic achievable goal, then review and measure your progress with clarity and honesty. Nothing is set in concrete, be flexible and adjust your approach at times.
To use a metaphor, take bite size chunks and build upon each achievement for a sustainable change to be realised.
Yoga, meditation (training of the mind) and exercise are powerful tools to sharpen our focus, increase our energy and develop a more positive attitude to life.
I have over 20 years experience and training across multiple disciplines ( Yoga teacher, Mindfulness, Counselling Skills, Anatomy/Physiology/Pathology, Sport Massage, Sports Therapy, Gait analysis, Conditioning and Competitive Sport) and am available for consultation, treatment (currently medical only face to face) and Zoom classes.
