Approaching Balancing Postures
Establish the foundations of anchored feet, a stabilised torso and your centre of gravity. This will serve you well before progressing to more advanced postures
Avoid locking your knees and develop a light quality of feeling ‘springy’ to strengthen, feet, ankles and legs
It is best to repeat multiple times with rests in between so your maintain good form and avoid collapse
