Hello Friends. As life opens up a bit and perhaps is becoming increasingly busy, consider how a meditation practice can help you find balance. It may seem daunting as a newcomer but why not give it a go, we are a friendly community and the idea is that we support each other through good intention and presence.
Meditation is a training of the mind/heart so we can become steadier, calmer and happier amidst the tides of life. To consciously exit the mode of ‘doing’ is a tremendous support in navigating the waves of life, helping to widen our perspective and restore balance.
Meditation Monday continues tomorrow, 17th May at 8 PM.
Our session is 40-45 minutes long involving a set up talk, some gentle movement to settle the body, a guided meditation with silent stretches and space for any reflection or questions at the end.
All are welcome and with any level of experience.
The charge is by donation or free if you are financially challenged.
