Do for 10 minutes daily breathing easily.
Benefits: Lowers blood pressure/ calms the nervous system/ aids venous blood return from legs to the heart/ aids lymphatic flow from lower limbs back to the ducts in the upper body/ reduces oedema or swelling in ankles and lower legs.
A winning posture!
Position the buttocks approximately 15cm from the wall, wriggle a bit to spread the back body and bear the weight evenly. Knees a little bent, arms open.
Rest; focus on the sensations of contact with the ground and breathe easily.
